You were smart to ask before you bought the registered version.  You
might be able to run it, but it wouldn't be much (if any) fun.  A friend
of mine has a clone with your specs and a 256K cache.  DN3D is slow as
molasses on that machine.
Another 8 megs RAM might make a big difference.  But wait for others to
reply -- they may have other ideas...
