Mine isn't crash hot either; they are still doing upgrades at the exchange
to get itemised billing to outlying areas serviced by our exchange, so I
haven't hassled my local tech too much lately, although I did give him
FrankN's contact number.

The SNR of that connect wasn't the best, but someone else mush have been
trying that afternoon, as they got 31.6 both ways.

Certainly improved sending, and helps with the SNR.
