Yup....
One thing USR recommend to do is set s12=0, that is a temp fix, but go to USR
home page on the web and write to support and let them know about it and they
will ask you for some infor from your modem   ati4 - ati7  and then they will
tell you it is your supervisor chip and it will have to be replaced.  :(
You will have to pay the postage to SKokie, IL and then they will have it
back in about 4-5 days :)
