I use Alltel, which is based here in Little Rock, and have a SW Bell
hand-held that I bought from the little sister when she moved outside
AT&T's service area last fall.  The contract on the SWBT phone is up
late next month, so I'll probably move the second phone over to Alltel
as well at that time. SW Bell is hitting me up for 50 cents a minute for
airtime, 30 minutes included...  one of their older "comfort phone"
deals.  I'm on a 100 minute plan with Alltel, with excess airtime at 35
cents per.
