The irony, of course, is that when you probably least think you need to be
locked up is when you may most need to be.

It's similar with a diabetic who "goes low" (hypoglycemic).  They
get _extremely_ combative and aggressive and refuse to take a glass of
juice (or anything with sugar in it) to restore their balance.
