can't you share your message base directories between both and let the native
hpt import and export the mail?
i've never had a use for ftrans so i've never ever messed with it...
FWIW: most cross-platform apps do not have a problem with mixed path
separators... some apps may require that the backslash "\" be doubled "\\"
because it is used as an escape character... but aside from that, they
generally don't matter...
