1 x USRobotics Courier, latest single-board model, under 3 months old.
As this is the US/Canada version, it is therefore not Austel-approved,
but it has nonetheless detected all local telco tones perfectly to date,
on those exchanges where it has been tested.  Because it was purchased
directly from USR, it consequently has the correct 240VAC power supply
plugpack, and comes with all manuals and software, in original unmarked
packaging.  And best of all, it has NOT been nobbled by Austel.

Unlike the Australian version, flash-ROM upgrades are released by USR
on a reasonably regular basis, and this modem is currently running the
April 29 code, which added several new features, including Distinctive
Ring, CID, Carrier Loss Redial, the addition of an X-modem flash-ROM
loader for use on platforms other than PCs, amongst other things.

It runs all the usual V.Everything protocols right up to 33600bps V.34,
and has what is arguably the finest link diagnostics display of any
modem currently available.  This Courier is in absolutely immaculate,
brand-new condition, has almost 5 years' factory warranty remaining,
and would especially suit somebody considering purchasing a new modem.

At my asking price of $440, it's cheaper than a new NetComm M34F !!  :)
