I realy didn't have much in mind but to toss in an idea.  Others were
talking about a starting a file echo.  Seems to me it could be ran exactly
like the file groups in use-net news.  I'm not 100% sure about the
lagistics of mime.  But I'm sure it would be a little more complicated than
simply running a normal/ everyday message area such as this. =)  What a
UUencoder and its 64 bit brother do is convert a binary file into a text
file then back.  The files look something like this:
