Not surprizing. Note here that this isn't a national security case and
doesn't deal with terrorism, but the FBI is invoking the Patriot Act to
intimidate the reporters into becoming Stukachi for the FBI.

Then again, perhaps Robsepierre was unwittingly precient when he observed
that, "The Foundation of the Republic is virtue and virtue is enforced
by terror." And while I might be a little vague as to the book
definition of state terror, like a certain court justice in the past,
"I know it when I see it."
