Scare Tactics??
The air is MUCH cleaner now than it was 30 and 40 years ago. Hardly =
running out of the stuff.
Scare Tactics?? How about wild exaggerations of silly science as scare =
tactics. You know like the phony global warming studies.
This just came out a few days ago. The ozone layer is already = recovering
from whatever natural process caused it to grow in the first = place.
Hole in ozone layer shrinks=20
A GAPING hole in the ozone layer over Antarctica appears to have shrunk =
by about 20 per cent from last year's record-breaking size, scientists =
said today.=20
Experts in New Zealand said their measurements backed up satellite data =
showing the hole peaked at about nine million square miles compared with =
11 million square miles in 2003.=20
So given the above. Ruining the American economy and world =
competitiveness, the loss of 10's of thousands of jobs, etc. for a =
hundred years, just for the sake of a few egghead treehuggers that are =
full of shit, doesn't seem like such a good idea to me.
