G'day Poe

 PL> Try adding this to either your init or dial string or whatever
 PL> as long as it doesn't get overwritten before dialing:

 PL> S39=9 S56=2

 PC> ~~~  ^^^^^

 PC> What does the S39 reg do

 PL> Sets the signal level.

I knew the Courier had to have a means of doing this, i just didn't
know what reg it was, i assume the value you set the S39 reg to is the
tx level in -dB.
