 You need a winsock such as trumpet and then you would also need the apps
 that you are going to use ie Netscape, Free Agent, Eudora or others.

 And of course you need an account with an ISP.

 Also to keep it on topic you will also need a modem, be careful with Win 3.1
 as I understand that it can give some overrun errors with the faster ones.
