In the DOS Session Settings, try to push EMS_LOW_OS_MAP_REGION to the Max,
that should do the trick.  That's all I would know..  I used to fiddle with
that when I was running DESQView in DOS with QEMM and EMM386, and saw that
setting in OS/2 DOS Session later on, and I said "oh gee"...
