Hi All!

A strange thing: I created a packet with crash flavour for my uplink. But I
cannot get Binkley to show it in it's "pending outbound mail"
window or do the call. I am using  BT/2 2.60XE/Beta-XGZ(async) Watcom/i386.

Eventually, Bink will find the packet, I suppose. But nothing helped to
force Bink to find it and call the uplink NOW. No Alt-O, even Alt-P, or
completely shutting down all 4 tasks and restarting them helped. What must
one do to get Bink to react?
