I never nedded support, but one other thing I worry about.
Here in Austria only the German-Model (BZT approved with limitation on
dialing) is avialable. The Express ones are also in the stores, but as for me
i wont call such crap "modem" at all.
I am very satisfied with my 288i US-model which i bought some time ago when
only the US-versions of Supras were available here. Nowadays you cannot buy
one anywhere. I am also waiting for the SupraSonic to be available here :-(
