Hi Jorg,
You're right. There is a lot of stuff going on in the mailing lists. If
there is interest, since we have this gateway to Fido now, I should be able
to gate the messages from our InterNet lists onto the FidoEcho.
Actually, joining / leaving / etc with the mailing lists is a lot easier
than the way it used to be... Here's a quickie message I put together
yesterday about the current system that's in place
Mailing Lists at SemWare:
A Short Summary of Available Facilities
In the past several months, we have made several modifications to the
mailing list systems here at SemWare, and have hopefully improved the
accessibility of the lists for making changes.
First, we have a MailBot set up to make it easy for your to modify your
configuration. By sending a message to one of the available addresses you
can modify your configuration for a mailing list. The following addresses
are available:
tsepro-request@semware.com TSE-Pro Mailing List
tsejr-request@semware.com TSE Jr. Mailing List
To get a list of the available commands, send a message to one of the
addresses above, with the word HELP in the body of your message. (Note:
the
options available in the mailing list processor work with *both* addresses,
so you only need one list of the commands.)
Second, we have added a form to our Web Site that allows you to:
- Subscribe yourself to a list
- Unsubscribe from a list
- Get MailBot command list
To get to this form, goto http://www.semware.com and select the "Mailing
List" link.
Finally, if you are having any other problems with the mailing, you can get
help support from us directly by sending a message to
administrator@semware.com and we will do our best to help you.

Yes, they seem mostly to do the sort of discussion that used to
take place here on their mailing list these days.
To join the list, send a message to tsepro.add@semware.com
To message on the list, use the tsepro@semware.com address.
To quit the list, write to tsepro.drop@semware.com
At least that's the list I get, averaging a dozen or so
messages a day. There's quite possibly a tsejr list as well.
