Maybe the older version is not compatible with your machine.  Have you
tried downloading v0.46?

If there is a way to reply to Netmail in MultiMail, I don't know how
to do it.  I think it does handle Netmail, but not for QWK packets.

I had the same troubles when I first started working with MultiMail.
What's the name of the directory that you installed MultiMail?
