I just tried to send a letter to this page I mentioned before and it 
seems you need a password and they don't tell you how to get one. So 
I guess yu should disreagard the message that follows. Sorry.

I was just sent a email message from DISNEY.  Disney online has a web 
page http://www.family.com               They say on the right hand 
of the homepage  there is an area that says   "write us". I suggest 
those of you who would care to let them know how you feel can access 
this page.
