Oh, they're here all the time, slinging boxes around, but this was 
exceptional damage.

Thinking back now, I had a problem with Purolator Courier waaay back in 
1996 or so, for pretty much the same thing, but two damage issues on all 
the shipments I've made in the last 12 years is pretty minor.
