        *WHO* in Austel did you speak with? If you had actually *SPOKEN*
with someone in Austel, or obtained any of their myriad of literature, you
would have been able to determine that:

        * Austel is a regulatory body, not a law-enforcement body.
          That means they are not in a position to dictate nor inforce
          the legality of any product or practice.

        * Austel has nothing to do with privacy legislations.

        Then again, you might have a hard time talking to anyone at Austel,
considering that as a government body they're actively discouraged from
entering into correspondence or communication with minors.
