I think we have to distinguish between Pay TV and Cable TV, which tend to
be used interchangablely; there are some Pay TV on sat, which is useless
WRT such intended usage.

The PSTN will have to drop rates to compete; I'm sure most equipment and
infrastructure has been amortised by now.
