the 13th driver to declare for the 2004 Raybestos Rookie of the Year award.
The 24-year-old Wisconsin native, younger brother of NASCAR NEXTEL Cup
competitor Scott Wimmer, makes his series debut next week at Martinsville
Speedway. ... The current rookie class is the largest since 1997, when a
record-matching 14 candidates qualified for the May 31 event at New
