Managing Partner, and grew the team's value about 4 or 5 times during his
very succesful tenure.  Oil company managing executive which is a very
tough management situation especially in the impossible times of the 1980's
oil bust.

Your prejudices are showing.  Bush went to China and several places outside
the USA.  His father was one of the most well traveled and well schooled
foreign policy Presidents, ever.  One could learn more about foreign
relations from talking to Bush senior in an intimate father/son setting
than all the pot trips to oxford and swiss finishing schools that Clinton
and Kerry ever took added together.

Bush at the time he entered office had much more significant and relevant
experience than Clinton or Gore.  And Kerry and Edwards have absolutely NO
MANAGEMENT Experience in the private sector or government.
