Did "we"? Did "we" really? Is this yet another Cheney
1/2 truth where the right can argue that he meant stockpile in the actual
city of Baghdad not as a name standing in for the seat of power of Iraq....

I find it very interesting that a large chunk of this report is given over
to the oil for food program. This is a report on Iraqi WMD.

People left with any doubt wrt political control over intelligence product
should now have had those doubts quashed.

The oil for food part has been introduced for reasons of a political
smokescreen & should not form part of a WMD report. If they wished to
raise that, a separate report on the subject would have been more
appropriate.
