Only if we find the system that's swallowing the messages.  The only way to 
do that is find the system which is not passing on the messages. Ergo, it 
will not be found in the path :-)

Hmm, it looks like your software is not only truncating the subject line of 
echomail messages, but also capitalising it.  Perhaps a word to the author 
while it's still in beta will help get it fixed.
