Remember in windows the printscreen has been remmaped...  use 
TRL-PRINTSCREEN
to get the old fassioned dos print screen...

Make sure Windows has the modem properly configured...  I am not sure how 
pcmcia modems are handled, but, in the past we have had trouble with Commo 
when installing P'n'P modems unles you told windows to force the settings...
Not sure why though...
