You've got it, by golly. I am getting too old and decrepit to do much else.
My Doctor wants me to Walk for excersize but my old Feet, Ankles, and
Knees are too arthritic to do much of that. That is why I have the
Handicapped Tag on my Rear View Mirror. But riding the Bike is another
story. There is know pounding of the joints, and I do not get as tired
near as quick as I do when I am walking. Seems as though the pressure is
at a different angle while pedaling and it doesn't take near as much
energy as walking. At least my old legs do not hurt quite as bad when
I ride.
