This is just a quick note to say that I am even less in the mood to
participate here than I was last week and that, although I have read
some of the piled up mail packets, I'm not able to answer the messages
I've seen addressed to me.
My friend in New York died yesterday, less than a week after being
moved from Sloan Kettering to an end-stage hospice type care facility
near his home, but I just learned about it a couple of hours ago when
I returned from my night job.
As I said before, I'll be back, but I don't know when.
