I am not a police officer so I am not familiar with the various code signals
I was not aware that there was several Code-3 BBS's in the country.  I will 
ask around and get back with you.  I notice that you are from California.  I 
was one of a group of seven Civil Air Patrol members from Texas that went to 
California after the earthquake in February to assist the Red Cross.  Is 
Civil Air Patrol involved in the flooding at this time?  I have notice a few 
Canadians on this area of Fideonet.  As you probably read in an earlier 
message, Canada is my Origin.
