KB>We are fans of amazons since many years and owned several birds,
KB>at last a pair of Yellow fronted, which was in good breeding
KB>condition and had already (infertile) eggs.
I have a pair of yellow fronted Amazons also! The male was my well loved pet
from 23 days old. After he matured, I got him a "older" woman (8 years old
to his 4 years old). So far, they haven't produced even clear eggs but SHE
sure is interested!
KB>loud screaming caused problems too.) Nowadays we are "birdless",
KB>but the time will come, when...
African Greys are the quietest of all birds. Even their natural
vocalizations are pleasant. Your neighbors will never even know you have a
bird. AGs are the perfect apartment bird. They are not even close to
the personality of Amazons (!) but are nevertheless a lovely companion bird.
So nice to have you on Parrots, Klaus!
