PC hardware, software and networking products, and is the largest
circulation computer publication in the world.  It guides the brand and
product choices of more than 1.1million readers, sets the standards for
product testing, and offers more authoritative product evaluations in every
category than any other computer magazine.

PC Magazine Labs in Foster City, CA has 3 immediate openings for qualified
computer professionals.

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR (TD)

A TD supervises one or more of PC Labs testing teams providing strategic
direction, guidance, oversight and review of test plans, procedures, and
results.  The TD ensures that all labs testing aligns with PC Magazine's
core editorial requirements.  TDs are ultimately responsible for the
accuracy and suitability of all testing performed by PC Magazine Labs.  TDs
will write intros, product reviews, technical analyses, and technology
stories for the magazine as required and as time permits.

REQUIREMENTS:  5 or more years experience as a technical computer
professional.  BS or MS in EE or Computer Science preferred.  Strong
understanding of networking - Windows NT and NetWare.  Must have
exceptionally strong knowledge of the computer industry.  Must possess
strong project-management and time-management skills.  Must be able to
envision, develop, analyze, implement, and defend various testing
strategies for hardware and software systems.  Must possess excellent
written and oral communications skills.
