Has anyone been able to get the ICQ client for 3.x to run?  I have downloaded
the Win 32s and freecell included with that runs ok which is the test for it.
I download the Win 3.xxxx client and it will not run.  Keeps coming back with I
don't have a new enough operating system.  Trumpet is used to access the ISP.
Anybody got any ideas.
