This is strange as i have both a M11F and a USR Courier and don't have
the problems your having, I've called M11F's with the courier and
Couriers with the M11F, connect speeds vary but never seem to be below
21600 i've never called ISD so can't comment on OS calls. Whats the
qty of your line, could it be a problem.
