Ahhh Welcome to the Club!!! ;-)   I know the stare, very similar to the deer 
in the headlights look! 8-)  You see if they can't find a value in it, it 
means nothing to them. "Why try that? I do all I want to  do with computers 
now." It's not like shame on them, in some cases it is really too bad for 
them. What they do is understandable, but not always smart.
