The Ronchi test would be more finding the edges of the bars and comparing
them to the theoretical curves of the parabolic surface. The tester would
have to know the size of the mirror and the distance to the mirror for
inputs.  I think that the distance from the ROC can be determined from the
count of bars on the image. The problems will be in the checking of the
smoothness of the bars over the length of them.
