I think the half sized CFM pretty much takes into consideration the
molecules per time issue.  Anyway, this $4.99 cooler doesn't have an
oversized anything.  It's just a small, cheap little cooler.  Small
sink.  Small fins.  Small fan.  A 5 Star rating still doesn't make any
sense to me.  Perhaps it's miraculous.
