If you add in the deaths claimed to be due to sanctions - some have
suggested a million children over ten years - it's a very big number.

The responsibility does not lie with Dubya - that's a cop-out for the
nation that failed to stop him, just as Dubya's guys are trying to blame
the grunts.

"I was just obeying orders" didn't work the last time around, either.
