A piece on the radio this weekend came right out and said he's getting $10
million salary and the $40 million balance each year is from endorsements. 
Given the sponsorship status of Adidas (their jerseys, their shoes, etc.),
I'd imagine a good chunk of his $40 million annual endorsements comes from
them.

I've heard that Tiger is in a similar position:  his tournament winnings
get lost in the rounding!
