Yes..  I know this.  ELIST + robot is a fine way to birth an echo and get  
it "published" for announcement via the .NA file

However, the traffic in many of them is the key for success though.

Unless there is one system that processes or stores messages from every  
echo in the .NA, there will never be a true account of message traffic.

Janis' system produces a very useful sorted list by name and by volume and  
is published in the Fidogazette.
