Serious answer: rather than dictating the laws that the Iraqi parliament
will be passing, I think the US should stand back and let the Iraqis
determine that ... what's the rush to bring it in now?
I fully understand your position but there are international petroleum
companies that aren't BP, Shell or Exxon. I rather expect that the Chinese
would be quite willing to develop the oil reserves for Iraq.
