I know that, but Novell caches everything so it doesn't have to go 2 the
harddrive all the time? That's what RAM is for? ;)

Recognizing? Why shouldn't it not recognize the memory?
You might be true about the CD-ROM-performance because they have a CD-changer
with LOTS of disks and it takes LOTS of times to load programs from the CD's!
