I don't know if Lightscribe will work under OS2.  I have never experimented
with it.  When the media and the drives 
come down a little more, I might look at it.  For example, this morning I
bought a 16x I/O Magic DVD-RW for $60US 
with a $20US rebate.  A similar Lightscribe drive was $80US with no rebate.
 So the total cost was double.

I have just never had any luck with RSJ.  For some reason, it never
properly closes the CD/DVD, and I end up with a 
coaster.  If you have it working for you, that is fine.
