Weird - I never got this message at my BBS?

This is what the passwd file looked like:

[root{at}sandy9 home]# grep mhall /etc/passwd mhall:!!:517:505:Mike
Hall:/opt/mbse/home/mhall:/opt/mbse/bin/mbsebbs [root{at}sandy9 home]#
