Ok I'm listening. Pretend for a moment that you run Iraq, from the Iraqi
pov you need money right now to rebuild your country, fund a police force,
etc.. Who else are you going to use to exploit the wealth that is under
your feet?

Serious question, I expect a serious answer. Where are they going to get
money to run the country, quickly, the US is already talking about pulling
their forces out..
