Hi again, Jack,
Have we said that we aren't going to do TSE Pro for OS/2? No! We have, in
fact, made some strides towards doing an OS/2 version. Much of the work we
are doing currently involves making TSE platform independent, this has been
a good portion of the focus in TSE Pro/32.
Currently, we are focused on adding major asked for features in TSE. Once
we're at that point, we will be looking at multiple platform porting again.

I switched a while ago to BOXER for OS/2. TSE Pro is not going to happen,
I
waited years for it, I think you can forget about it. Boxer/2 has tons of
features, many not in TSE or Qedit. The switch was mostly painless,
although
it requires some learning of how to set up a new and somewhat different
application, its actual use is much better than QEDIT or TSE, except
perhaps
for the programing language in TSE PRO, which I never bothered learning
since I
quit using DOS for much of anything. TSE is a great product, but in the
wrong
market.
I don't know what you mean by "map the characters" in TSE though? I have
TSE
Pro here and curious as to what you mean by that?
                                              Jack
