Bingo!!  As we say in the Army, if you can get a marshmallow going fast
enough, it'll shoot through a tank.
The Army has experimented with rail guns -- guns which use electricity
to propel a 1-cm plastic cube down a pair of rails.  At velocities
around 17,000 fps, that cube shatters armor plate.
