I made my Foucault test tunnel from telescoped Sonotubes. My workshop is
heated with electric baseboard heaters and the waves of hot air from them
would make winter testing nearly impossible without a tunnel.

As previously noted, the marked sizes on the tubes are only nominal.  You
might have to search for a long time to find two pieces that fit together
just right.  The sloppy fit of my tubes was fixed with pop rivets but that
won't work for what you are trying to do.
