I would like to know what are the options available to BBS sysops who want 
good looking menus, but whose ANSI skills are poor?

Is there any repository with ANSI menus ready to be modified to suit a 
particular BBS?

Most artpacks I've seen are just art; not menus.

Are there any ANSI menu artists out there which can design BBS menus based 
on a certain theme?

My BBS is canadian related, and  therefore, I'm looking for a menu theme 
with the predominent colors of Canada (red & white), with some Canadian ANSI 
art (Confederation bridge, CN Tower, Mount Royal, Mounties, etc).

any tip would be appreciated.
