while tuning around the other evening and ran across a few stations around 
12.5 to 13.4 megs. they transmitted morse code in a looped message. (trying 
to upgrade, but this was way too fast for me)
the messages started with v v v de and after a few moments the message 
changed to cq cq de. are they nav aids or weather?? anybody shed a little 
info?
