 You might be surprised that it's pretty much set up, but I was having
 radio interference last few times I was trying to get it set up... It
 was (I think - I've yet to experiment), an FM hand held radio in my 
 house with a stuck transmitter button that is near the same FREQ.

Yes, but it is a _mode_1_ radio, which means the controls are reversed...
I bought a Futaba to replace it.

 Yeppers. I had a GMP Cricket I built and hovered for a few seconds,
 then the next day, it was stolen, along with the radio... My 47G is
 HANDCUFFED (no kidding!) in my garage and insured by Colt. ;)

Will do. I just figured the stuff that matters is synthetic and the
nitro isn't like gas, so it wouldn't  get bad. Ran a few tankfulls
through it and it didn't overheat. Cylinder bore looks ok...
